1. Do my points expire? 

No. Your points do not expire. However, if your order is cancelled your points are removed for that order only.

2. Is there a limit on how many points I can redeem?

No. You can redeem all of your points at any time. They can be used on your next order or saved up for a large purchase.

3. Are there any exclusions?

No. Every purchase you make at earns you points. Points are awarded for online purchases only. Phone-in orders DO NOT earn points.

4. I placed an order but I did not receive my points.

Orders placed through quick checkout do not earn points. You can only earn points by logging in or creating an account to place an order.

5. Where do I find my points?

Your points can be found under the Shopping tab in your account or by clicking this link - Customer Rewards while logged into your account. You can redeem your points by clicking on the Redeem Reward Points button before checking out to apply them to your order.
